Ok. After reviewing some more of the changes in 1.10's PvP strats, this would be my REVISED PvP setup:

Helm: Jalals Mane
Weapon: BOTD Eth. Zerker
Shield: Stormshield
Armor: Stone Runeword
Gloves: 1.10 IK Gaunts
Belt: Verdungo's Hearty Cord
Boots: 1.10 IK Boots
Ring1: BK Ring
Ring2: Ravenfrost
Ammy: Highlords

I think that would do nicely. I welcome all suggestions.
