For the smiter i never had one. But if i would make one here is what i would do. Max Smite, Holy Shield and Fanatism. I would put 15 in ice resist, fire resist and lightning resist. Then 1 in salvation.

This is because in 1.10 the cold. fire and lightning resist aura give you +aura lvl% max resist per level when active and when innactive +(aura lvl/2)% rounded down max resist. So this would mean that when you would trigger ice, fire or lightning resist aura you max resist would be 90. (or more if you have items that higher max resist) When you wouldnt be using those aura you would get a max of 82.(or more if you have items that higher max resist)
