Nope, here are the stats.
+200-300% Enhanced Damage
Adds 30-65 damage
50% Increased Attack Speed
50% Chance of Crushing Blow
+15 to Dexterity
+100 Defense
+100% Enhanced Defense
50% Faster Hit Recovery
+100 Increased Durability
| Ethereal upgraded Hone Sundan can be very good !
+160-200% Enhanced Damage
Adds 20-40 damage
45% Chance of Crushing Blow
Repairs 1 durability in 10 seconds
3 socket
If i find it im most likely going to make a char to use it.
