Questions about chara builds for pvp Zons.

I allready know that pierce and LL no longer work in pvp so here are a few questions i have.

1. Is Avoid, Dodge, Evade or Critical strike changed at all in 1.10 ?

2. Whats the max DR now, 50% ??

3. Is ias still the same?

4. Is Poison damage still the same?

5. Do you think that the remaining 290 pdscs will be banned?
