I have this Darwin awards book, and one story is where this guy injected his dick with some drug (dont remember what it was) and then later he had an erection for about 5 days. He got gangrene, they had to amputate 9 fingers and 10 toes, blood came out his pores, and his penis shriveled up and fell off.

So, I wouldn't try it.
