my sorc has thunderstorm maxed, lightning mastery maxed, nova maxed, frozen orb maxed, and a few points into energy shield and some into whichever ice armor u like most....1-3 into static field and with ur items u can have about lvl 13 static and about 3-5 into warmth so its about 18 with items its how my sorc is and shes pretty good and 100 into strength and dex and 175 into energy and the rest into vitality.....i dunno it works for me try it for urself .
