my dad has diabetes and it was hard for him at first...they discovered it when he was about 28-30 somewhere in there...it's not so bad now...he wakes up takes his shot, he can feel when he needs to eat way ahead of time so he doesn't throw those awful tatrums...and he goes on w/ his life...
