Kuja's, you know just as well as anyone else that Ness couldn't do those things. He's not a fucking Jedi, he's a little boy with a bat and a cap that can do a few things with his mind. I don't remember anywhere in the game where he made buildings fall on his enemies or make their weapons move. It just doesn't happen like that. His best chance at beating Cloud would be calling that place and ordering some food, then hoping the car runs Cloud over.
