Ok what you will ganga is Start up your computer.

When it starts up just tap DELETE until a blue screen pops up, go to the first one on the top left, go to boot sequence, go to where it says, C, A, and hit Plus or minus to make the D be an option, (this will make it so it boots form the CD DRIVE) And that should fix it, it should install windows and you'll be on your way
