Well, it looks like you've figured out how to view forums, and how to post threads. To post replies to other people, either hit the "QUOTE" tab on a post, enter your reply in the Quick Reply box, or hit the "Post Reply" button at the top of the thread or the "Full Featured Reply" link in the title of the Quick Reply box.

If you want to change what you wrote in a post, click the "EDIT" tab on the post that needs changing.

You can update information about yourself and add a signature, which shows up below your posts, by clicking the link below:

You can upload an avatar, the small image that shows up above your name on your posts by clicking the link below:

These options are both available through the blue "USER CP" button at the top of each page.

If you want to see what people have said since the last time you visited, click "View new posts" either at the top of each page on the left, or at the top on the right on the forum main listing.
