I played that demo ten times through and it's still awesome... from the way soldiers react to gunfire overhead to the way they sink back when they get hit with a bullet, the attention to detail makes this game intense. Try getting hit with a mortar ( this is actually pretty hard to do ) for an awesome effect ( it won't kill you ). Ordering your buddies to give you covering fire on an MG while you sneak in around behind him to crush his skull with a rifle butt only to have him hear you and pull out his gun, the AI in this game is pretty impressive. Squadmates intelligently move through the levels and improvise if something screws up. They rarely get in your way ( even if they do, you can just click them and they'll move to another position ) and not once did they jam themselves in or through any walls, getting stuck on corners. I was extremely impressed with this game and I'm now just as excited about it as I am Half-Life 2. If you want to play the best WWII game EVER, get this demo now.
