They did delay patch 1.10, reason beging is because they don't want Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne and the Diablo II patch 1.10 twon major patch head to head release together. So they chose Frozen Throne instead of Diablo. They can chose to make the D2 patch first, but they didn't! So
