i read an article saying if you have too much stuff in your hard drive (about 20 gigs or so) you casn go to jail
Not saying you're wrong or anything, but the chances of that happening are slim to none and slim just left town. My brother has a 120 gig HD filled with music, and more on cd (in mp3 format I might add). He has all the main new hits, X2, Matrix Reloaded, Hulk, etc. He's got over a terabyte of anime, although it is Japanese so it's not violating any copyright laws in the U.S.
Just to let you know I actually got more than you do!! And I suggest you take my advice also, don't let it stay in your hard drive, put ALL in cds and empty it out of your hard drive, if you leave it there, YOU WILL GET CAUGHT. That buddy of mine just went to jail already with 125,000 dollar fine, he has to stay there for the next 6 months (I got this info from his girlfriend) he actually had 3 120 gig hard drives but only had one connected to his computer...so even if you have over a terabyte, or just 80 gigs, they will take it away and prosecute you to the fullest so that others will stop pirating as well.

I also read in the magazine that the people who work in the movie theaters are using night-vision goggles to find the people who “pirate”; or video tape, movies (i.e. the matrix reloaded, by the way did you know matrix evolution is in kazaa already??!?!) and one of them was caught and convicted with copy right laws.... I’m telling, before you know it there will be NO kazaa again. I asked my brother and he said it was possible because of that i.p. address thing that differentiate all computer network/internet.
