I lived there for a year when I was like 8, and like every city it has its ghetto, but not the whole city you idiot, there's a shitload of luxery hotels, and I had a pretty big house and 3 cars(no not vw bugs, so stfu). And now I live here, in the non-ghetto, so bleh.
