Here's where I got the RTP:

The installation bar disappeared in the middle of loading (so I couldn't see the % done while loading) but it eventually installed just fine. I'm wondering if that's a problem on my end and not of the RTP installer, though. So, if the % loading bar disappars while it's loading - ignore it!
