There is 2 cards on my mind:

"Sapphire ATI Radeon 9600PRO 128Mb DDR 8xAGP DVI Lite Retail"
"CREATIVE 3DBLASTER GEFORCE FX 5200 ULTRA 128MB TV"

Which one is better? Both price are around 200dollars.
