not true. takes nearly 8+ bs's to take down a 1500+hp sorc..
and they'd have to lag or not be a good sorc to stand still and let you get 8bs's in on them

caster wise necros are alot slower : (
and 28? thats maybe good for a low level dr necro 37 is easily achievable on a well setup dr necro

and for dueling sorcs, dr isn't neccesary : )

you can get sLvl 39 bs easily if not more if you don't need to worry about fcr..
