I have never worked with a wireless network, but I'll throw my thoughts onto the table. You will need different IP addresses on all connections. You should set up whatever is the "server" computer for DHCP so all the computer on the network will not haev conflicting IPs. Or, set them manually through network settings. What is ICS? Internet Connection Sharing? But why then would it say it's unplugged?
