Neither; he got it from Gamespy Daily Victim (which he stated in italics underneath the title).
Besides, I posted this 6 months ago in my thread about the best 6 Daily Victims of All time which, apparantly, nobody bothered to read. If you're interested in the introduction of the characters in this story, or the other stories which I deemed worthy of posting for all of you non-desevers to experience, by all means, check out the thread that I started ( Chruser!  ).
