I have, it was very scary when I was a young'n. I first got this dream when I was in kindergarden.

I was at the science centre, and I was having a very happy time. When I looked over, I saw a needle go into my moms thumb. She was screaming in pain and suddenly she melted into nothing. I started crying, and I woke up.

That dream occured many times through my early life.
