If they were serverside, you would need to load some d2hackit and use the receive fonction to activate it. ie :the clientside soj drop.
In other words, load D2 without any hack, just D2 and look at its stats. If it appears to be occy, then this is not clientside.
Clientside effect: a regular soj appears, you use packet sender to receive packet, and soj appears occy stats. Then this is a clientside. Next game you'll load, it will appears again regular soj. You'll need to receive again packet to appears occy again.
This can done manually, and done with prog using d2hackit/trigger etc...
