LoL you need to act quickly before he sells half that crap because seeing the wide area of different machines it takes to run them (which most people do not have) he will probably sell/give half of it away and only keep a couple...

if you take him to court there is a 100 different ways he could lie to get out of it
especially because there were so many other people involved that night

so just go sweat his ass and if he denys it kick his ass and break into his house and still his shit just don't get parents involved because they really don't give a damn about what happen they think they need to serve justice only....
