When the American Embassy in Kenya was bombed (BinLaden) The US sent Humaniterian aid for those injured, but no monitery funding.

However when Sept 11th happened the U.S offered 66 million dollars to non-US nationals that were hurt in the attack.

Recently the US changed its mind with regards to Kenya but nly offered money to those americans hurt in the blast.

This, in my opinon is very wrong. why are non- US people different to the Kenian people who were hurt ?
