WIN XP setup problem help plz

Heres my prob, im trying to upgrade Win95 to XP and when i do i get this error message with blue back round in the msdos prompt

Mutiplicymultiplicity mode
Having trouble using the multiplicity mode, i read the readme file and it really doesn't explain it all that well, so if someone could please explain exactly what i need to do to use muti mode...
