What's going on?
 

There was a thread about pixelmethods hosting a file with a virus. Everyone (including myself) asked which file, and since he didn't respond, most people dismissed it. A personal friend of mine, however, who does not read these forums, asked me for a place to download a bot. I gave him the link and he downloaded the file from pixelmethods. I will not specify which file because that may be the reason that the thread was removed. However, after he downloaded the file, Norton 2003 said there was a "backdoor/devil" virus detected. Is something being done about (or someone looking into) this??

::edit:: Also, I cannot find a virus when scanning with Norton 2002.

I dont know about that... odd.. Get a few people to scan it! I dont want to be promoting a trojaned file!

and its probly in the section which has

supposed password stealers

Like I said, I scanned with Norton 02 and it said clean. He just got 03 recently and his said there was a virus.
