sorc setup

hi, can anyone give me a good setup on a sorc doing meph runs? I just want to know how many skills to put into what, I want to do a cold/lightning sorc. Also how much mana and life should my sorc have?

Heres what my sorc has:

Life: About 1200 with hp charms/lit
Mana: 1300

Put minimal points into str, 10-15 in dex
The rest even out in energy/vit
Spells:
Frost Orb: Max
Cold mast: 1
Warmth: 1
Lit mas: Max
Nova: Max
Energy Shield: 12-ish
The rest i placed into chilling (or whatever its called) armor
