Do you mean while your running what % it is? Or what % is the defence /block penalty while the run/walk toggle is on?

i think it is reduced to half llhough nobody has figured it out mathematically(sory for speiling im drunk) but as soon as you see a shot near u, you stand still that willl increas the shot % of block...
