You have to prove yourself to get into it, that means by doing something great for the hacking comnuity of D2 such as finding a new dupe or writing a great Bot program... as long as you can impress User Name # 1 with your hacking skills or one of the other d2 mods or Hellmonkeys, that is how you get in.
