Nvidia's LHR GPUs have been fully unlocked by the latest version of NBMiner. In other words, the LHR Ampere cards will be even more sought after by Ethereum miners now (assuming they can afford them in this ongoing market crash), since their full hash rate can be used to mine Ethereum:

Fortunately, I bought my founder’s edition 3070Ti last week. Even so, I’m seeing qty limits from most outlets, which should at least mitigate the effects of bulk buys.
