I'm buying one or two gamecube games.
I got Dark Summit and Resident Evil for my B-day.
What should I get??!??!?!?!

Super Smash Bros. Melee, and either Eternal Darkness or Mario Sunshine.

i would wait a couple of months and get timesplitters 2 or metroid prime (or both)

Ya I want to get Metroid Prime. I haven't seen screenshots, but cmon.. Its metroid =)
I'm most likely get Smash Bros... but I dunno on Mario Sunshine... I mean... its about mario goin on vacation and cleanin up... literally.. cleaning up... like a damn french maid.

No, don't base your opinions on the commercials! Very, VERY little of the game involves actually washing slime. Did you play Mario 64? Did you like it? Mario Sunshine is EASILY twice as good. One of the most entertaining games I've ever played. You still fight HUGE bosses, you still kill baddies, you still have MASSIVE levels to explore, only instead of using punches and kicks, Mario uses FLUDD.

If the game STILL doesn't interest you, pick up Eternal Darkness. One of the most incredible titles I've ever owned. It's a psychological thriller. Don't expect monsters flying through windows (Resident Evil anyone?) or any other overused "jump scares". This game will SERIOUSLY fuck you up for weeks.

Either one is a good buy, and I'm not quite sure which one I would support more than the other.

i suggest renting all the games mentioned here and seeing for yourself which games u like.

Yea, that dumb commercial made the game look stoopid, but I played it and it roxors...

i've seen screen shots of metroid prime its a first person shooter. It looks like it has lots of action in it.
