Run

The furthest I can run without stopping is only 2 miles :/

I think my best was 8 miles in half an hour, but usually I'm not up to running, heh. :/
When motivated I'm "suddenly gone", according to friends.

There was a 26.2 mile marathon here recently (they have one every year). One of my professors ran in it for fun, but he was telling us the results the day after. It's astonishing how there are people who can run that far and still average less than 5 minutes a mile. That's fucking nuts, IMO. If you can do that shit, props. The human body is capable of a lot if we use it properly.

I'm gonna have to call bullshit on you kid. 8 miles in half an hour is 3:45 per mile. Which is just above the world record, from memory.

is pretty small, you eat about 1700-2000 calories a day?

11 miles hour and half
How long did it take you to get to this point, endurance wise? My best was about 4 miles in 35-40 minutes.

 Yup! Glad someone actually caught that~
I'm apparently pretty fast, for a guy who doesn't so sports, though.

Well grats on the hard work, sounds like you're at a happy place. Any future fitness goals? Also, have you ever experienced any hip (runner's hip) pain?

Fuck you Shinto.

Think you'll ever go back to muscle man?

I've kind of given up on being brolic given my joint problems. I'll go for lean.
