He lies. He says sci-fi hasn't predicted anything like this, but he forgets about the holodeck and similar things. The same natural interaction is applied there.

And it's got that "canned" feel about it.

There's an article on IGN about a face-to-face demo, and he was quite impressed, but does say that the limitations are very easy to spot.

Milo has potential but I don't think it will be huge, that is if Molyneux can actually deliver his promise.

What's that big gray thing on top of the XBox? I just noticed it.
