11 lbs. of fat in one week? That's pretty ungodly if so. Whey protein is great, and so is creatine I hear. If I start lifting again I'll definitely be taking creatine and maybe some NO2. If you do take creatine drink LOTS of water and don't over do it, it can give you diahrrea out the ass, literally and figuratively.
