How do people chat over head insted of chat box?

If I can remember correctly it's like this


!Hey
!Type your text after the ! and it'll show up over your head


Hit enter, put an exclamation point before you type and it'll come up as a bubble over your head.

Question, what server do you play on?

That is correct. Just put a ! before what you want to say.
