Just finished doing the Fire Tower test not too long ago and thought I would broadcast my kickass score...
Gear:
(1) Firefighter jacket
(1) Firefigher helmet
(1) Safety harness
(1) SCBA backpack
(2) o2 tanks
(2) 35-pound hoses
and
(1) Pair of Structural Firefighter gloves

Task:
Walk 15 yards,
Up 6 flights of stairs,
Hoist a 40-pound hose to the top & over the parapet,
Walk same said hose back down to the ground (disqualification for slippage),
Walk down same said 6 flights of stairs,
Walk 10 yards,
Hoist 80 pounds sitting on the ground up to the top floor held by a pulley,
Walk same said weights back down,
Walk 20 yards and perform the infamous Hose Drag (Two 40-pound hose bundles in either hand w/3 heavy-duty firefighter hoses trailing behind),
Walk 10 yards,
Perform the Dummy Drag under sawhorses (if the tank on your back hits the plywood nailed to the sawhorses you are disqualified)

Time:
Five minutes and forty seconds.
