Can't he be jailed for that? I mean, theirs a law against double jeopardy but still.. that's just plain obvious.

He's going to be fucked. Now that OJ is in the law's hands, he won't be getting out any time soon.

Also, I don't think that book ever got published. He did write one, though.

Unfortunately our legal system doesn't have room for common sense, so this "double jeopardy" crap comes up. He could openly admit, even if it isn't hypothetical, that he did it, and they wouldn't be able to do shit to him.

Yeah but don't for a minute think that the Judge that charges him is going to forget about that whole stunt in the 90's. That will definitely play out in his sentence.

I wonder if OJ's lawyer will have grounds for appeal simply by stating that the jury was biased against him.

I don't know how they'll select a jury thats not..

If the Judge did use that against him, it would probably end up playing out in his favor. Mistrial and all that.
