yea i heard the phone service is actually crappy

and all of the first shipped out models are having to be returned to have a battery replaced or something.

Plus, you have to deal with all the smudgyness (assuming that the screen is exactly like the Ipod).

Have you read any of his articles? Without some background of how he thinks, the book probably wouldn't be that good.

Yeah I've read a couple of them and I thought they were pretty funny but his book did not deliver. Waste of $16 =\
