press the 'print screen' key, then Alt-tab, open paint (or what ever) and then ctrl+v to paste the picture.

yea i did that but it comes out not as a screenshot but something weird, i can see my wallpaper and a bigblackbox on top left of my screen,,,,,,

Try downloading smthg like Hypersnap-DX and configure it's hotkey to any key not used by the game,maybe that works.
