10 dodge
10 evade
10 avoid
1 Valk
1 Decoy
(2 prereqs)

Jav:
20 CS
20 Lightning Strike
(4 prereq's)

Total 111 points LvL 99

Gear:
Coa w/ Ber + 40/15ias
Faith w/ atleast 14lvl fanta and Matri Bow
Cats Eye
Knockback Gloves (in the process of crafting some, looking for atleast 20ias, 2 bow and of course knockback)
or
Bloodfists
Dungos
Titans/T-Strokes (I got an eth pair of these, but titans has better mods)
SS
S.Dancers

What I need for BP's
45ias to get the max ias speed
100% FHR
105% FRW
As much DR as Possible looking at 18-46 depending on stats on gear (bow gear)

With this gear I need this much more to hit BP's
FHR: 30 (Dancers) + 30 (CoA) + 30 (Bloodfists) = 90 need 10 more
FRW: 30 (Dancers) + 45 (Enigma) + 20 (Cats Eye) = 95 need 10 more

This will be attained from charms, after that I need as much res charms as possible

Question 2:
How valuable is Knockback? Should It be forgone for more fhr, and life?

PS: I'm leaning towards enigma but I just want your opinions, and I wouldn't be tele'ing all around, it would be like an anti bone prison, and for other such cases, like a last resort since I have such piss poor fcr

Um, which skill are you going to have 1 less of? You only have a total of 110 skill points total. (1-99=98 + quests=12 = 110)

Not only that but it's doubtful that you'll even get to level 99. Usually, it's best to plan on ~80-85, since those are somewhat easily achieved.
