where do you get them at i can't find them

They are installed in the Zephios and Plastic styles only.

And the item shop is somewhere at the top of the main forum listing, depending on which style

On Mako I have the shop and items, but I don't see the RPG bars, luckily.

On the styles that I mentioned, of course.

Ocean, Plastic, and Zephios are the only styles kept up-to-date

In "user cp", "edit options", or to test them, you can use the drop down at the top of the main forum listing.

Assuming you just got here, you should be using Zephios.

i want to konw how to put them on another vBulletin i see alot of sites with them but i can't figure out how to get them

if they are at vBulletin website i can't get them i don't have a usrname or pass

Well, if you own vB, then you should be able to register at vBulletin.org, then follow their instructions to add yourself to the list of people with access.

If you don't own vB, then you're screwed.

Getting vBulletin from Kazaa would probably not give you too much trouble, unless someone finds out, since there would be legal consequences. However, getting hacks for the board without a license is another story. People usually don't put them up for download since there is a perfect source for them, and downloading them without a license would almost prove to be impossible.
