Anyway, Kobe is selfish, everyone knows it, and now everyone is all over LeBron's cock. Not like they haven't been already, but now that he took his team to the finals, they are even more so. Granted, he's awesome, and he apparently has started his rise, but he needs to do it next year too for me to REALLY be convinced that he is a true team player and asset to the NBA.

Lebron needs some players around him if he wants to actually win a championship. The West is so much better than the East that it is possible for one player to take a team to the finals, but not win it. The Spurs are solid all around and I honestly can't see my Cavs winning it. Granted, Daniel Gibson has been huge in the playoffs, but he isn't the type of player that can show up everynight and take some heat off Lebron. Every great player has had someone else on his team. Pippen+Jordan, Bird+McHale, Kobe+Shaq, Magic+Kareem. Cleveland is making strides in the right direction, but they don't even have a draft pick this season and last year the took Shannon Brown with their first pick and that was a terrible choice. He was hurt all year so maybe he will be more of an impact next year, but this year he hardly played at all. Basically, the Cavs need to pickup another star caliber player so Lebron can get a little heat off of himself.

I agree 100%, but they have some high calibur players that have the potential to play greatly. Larry Hughes, Drew Gooden, Zydrunas Ilgauskas (sp?), all have the ABILITY to compliment LeBron. The problem is, they play sporadically. You never know when one of them is going to step up. Larry Hughes needs to get his shit together and help out his teammates. Yeah, he's injured, but this is the freakin Finals man. Injuries don't count.

I think if the 4 of them are clicking, they'd be hard to beat.

PS - Anderson Varejao is a worthless piece of crap. Tell him to actually PLAY basketball and don't worry about flopping. I hate watchin him.
