Double Shot
 

Ok the proper way to do a double shot.

The key to doing the double shot is practice. Go into campaign and practice on normal against elites. The pressure of doing it against them when being shot at really helps.

I know some of you dont care, but it really is a great tool to know, even if you dont need it. I use it alot, when i really dont mean too and it saves my ass. It also is a great feeling killing somebody so fast, even if they get the jump on you.

When i get back, i really want to set up a custom game with some of you and help master skills like the double shot, bxb, bxr, reloading, and strategies so that when we play hardcore or against other teams, we can rape hardcore.

It's going to take a lot of practice on my part. I was doing it decently in that game with you a while back, but it took too mjuch concentration to do it, that it would make it hard to concentrate on a target at the same time. Difficult stuff...

Yea but very useful. You saw me using all weekend and thats why i was on fire for a bit. It gives you such an advantage, and an advantage that the MLG league views as a standard. its not considered to be cheating, so why not try and get the best possible advantage on opponents.

It's not cheating, I guess, but it is a glitch that I'm sure Bungie didn't intend to happen. However, it does take a lot of skill to do it, so if you can, more power to you, because as of right now, I can't.... :(

Bungie has actually said that they didnt plan on double shots or super jumps. They banned super jumps from MLG because not everyone knows how to do them, but double shotting is allowed. Also, they didnt plan on BXR or BXB because the original melee was alot weaker. WIth the power upgrade, it allowed for these tactics. Interesting fact

Heh, that's fine I guess. But the fact that they didn't plan on it, usually goes to show that it shouldn't be something that people practice to get an advantage. There are people that are good enough without having to exploit the game. Now those are games that are fun to play.
