Char design is nice O_o

I saw half of the first episode, but it wasn't subbed... Couldn't tell what the hell was happening, all I know is the tiny one likes some guy who practices his penmanship on rooftops.

Yea, it's really got a spirited away feel to it, it's great.

Well that large picture you posted is just screaming Studio Ghibli, whether it is or not.

I didn't like Spirited Away, I like Mononoke Hime far better... Guess cause there was blood? Interesting characters?

Meh. I watched a few clips on youtube.

Then went and bought it.

Should be shipping on the 19th or so, whenever the last volume is released.

It's honestly one of the most underrated and least covered anime ever (at least one of this quality)

So I got it in today, watched the first episode, and am VERY pleased. The animation is nice. The backround art is AMAZING. The character designs are very nice, and the voices are very very nice.

Animation wise, the only thing that manages to tie it is the second Cardcaptor Sakura movie. Of course, I've know series where the animation of a series goes from acceptable to 'quality', so hopefully Kamichu! will keep it up through all of its 16 episode.

Told you, this is a very under appreciated show, same as PlanetES
