If I wanted to make a small little game called Penguin Hunter X
what would be best program to make it with? I have made another playable demo with Basic long ago.. but are there programs out there that can make simple games?

The Games Factory.. makes little 2d games.. pretty easy to use, once you mess around with it. You can make platform games, 2d shooting games, etc.

Though, is that the kind of thing you want?

when you say create games do you mean code it yourself?
id use vb or c++ for it
