Help With Proxy
 

Now, I know morally most of you probably won't help me, but I need a way to bypass my school's internet blocks to do a research paper. My school runs 8e6... This blocker/filter, from what I can tell, is a top of the line blocker/filter used for schools and businesses alike. I know that I can use Mozilla Firefox, with a proxy (They blocked my access to the internet explorers Tools/options) but I need a working proxy, and I can't search for one here. I do not have internet at my house, and none of my friends know what a proxy is/does. Another problem I have is why does Mozilla's FireFox time out when I do try a proxy. Does this mean that the proxy is of no good? Thanks for your help.. I would greatly appreciate it.

For every shareholder, they obtain one vote per share that they own. Even though it seems that one share will not act as a huge impact, if many shareholders come together, their voice can be heard. Basically, it is the shareholders way to have a say in the company's future. If you are looking for a good proxy, i advise going to google and typing Dell's 2005 proxy. They give a great one that i did a research project on. Im not sure about the technical aspects of the computer part, but i could help with the actual statement.

My bad, i thought he was asking for a companies proxy statement. Im so swamped with work that i can barely understand what i am reading these days. It will all be over in two weeks though so then ill be back to normal.
