Okay, what the hell?
 

Why have the dimension limits for avatars gone from 200x240 to 115x115? I tried to use a fairly small pic for an avatar that was within the old parameters and it's a no go! 115x115??? That's like a damned thumbnail!

Perhaps Chruser did it to relieve him a bit of his high bandwidth bills.
