V/t gloves
 

I was looking at the breakpoints especially with the new grief pb and was wondering....why am I using Bloodfist again for a V/t? I dont need the IAS....and Im not making a new FHR breakpoint with them...wouldn't I be better served with something else? Hmmm...but what?

After seeing Sov's AA post maybe I should just use Drac's just to watch all the people who use mods cry about "BM" when the life tap goes off. :grin:

Bad mannered. And as a side note, I only auto aim if auto aimed first, or its a friend V_V.

Thing is though, dracs has a very low chance of casting life tap. Only think you would benefit from is open wounds. But with grief, duels wont take nearly long enough for it to matter THAT much.

Dracs is a bm piece of shit gloves imo. bloodfists have fhr, ias, and that sexy + to lfe.

It's all preference really. YOu woudln tcatch gosroth dead with a dracs, but hey, thats just me.

Anyways yeah Dracs really dont work well with grief...I should look for better gloves than Bfist no matter how sexy they are...I dont need the IAS (already hitting the highest just between the grief and fanaticism alone) and the next FCR breakpoint is so far away that using Bloodfist wont help me get there.

The OW is a nice mod if I only get one hit off a hammerdin and need to charge away now that Im no longer using Duress (I'd go back to it probably if enigma didnt have so much str and life bonuses..no bugged tals for me to get on ladder :( ) but there's got to be another way. I'll check arreat's again and maybe get some ideas there.

As always I am open to suggestions especially since my return Im looking to rebuild my V/t from scratch back up to level 90+ (made the mistake of putting dots into str last time instead of trusting my gear :( ).

EDIT: Or maybe should I make a v/T instead of a V/t.....hmmm....dont know. Having a more effective FoH might be fun but the heavy smite is kind of nice to have as well.

well i like the idea of a v/T because smite at a low lvl with a good shield owns all in its own...

ie. my friend was dueling (when we were noobs) and saw this guy hitting him with something he was like wtf is that guy said smite, so my friend not knowing what it was only put 1 point into it, (upd hoz atm) switched his atk to smite and owned the full smiter...

If you max fanata and holy shield, you'll have a pretty powerful smite attack even if smites not maxed... he mus have really sucked.

Only other choice would be dual stat gloves with other sexy mods, preferably +str or + dext.

Life is alays good, and cb can help too, but those two are the most vital. Oh, and it wouldnt hurt to have 20% ias on them in case you want to whip out the ole astreons.

yeah like Sov said the only better glove that i can think of atm would be some rare duel stat and resist if you need them. But + life is always a bonus.

well our not always gonna find the best gear you need..so why not just find some gloves with some high life since you dont need any other mods from the bloodfists

I'll probably just craft some first and see what i get..maybe I'll get lucky and get a +skill on it or something too.

I think I'll stick with the V/t meanwhile...the 10 skill levels to smite i think will serve me better than split between FoH/HS/Convic. I'll probably just do what I did last time and have some alternate gear in my stash if I ever need a better FoH.

That's what I do with my v/T ~_~

With foh gear on, his smite is slow an only at 1800.

Whip on shako + lacerator. Pretty fast smite + 3600 smite when amp hits.

Very effective

ALL YOUR IDEAS SUCK TERRIBLY BAD, look for a rare pair of gloves with dex/str/life/res. I got a pair with 19 dex 17 str 38 life 96 defense cold res 21 light res 10 and they do a very nice job.
