Yea man this field training sucks ass, been working from 5 in the morning til 10 at night everynight. The fucking heater in our tent broke too soo its cold as fuck. Smith lives in another tent that bastard. Atleast I get to do alot of offroading with my humvee :D Also I got a bunch of pictures I will post when this field training is over and I can scan them. Hows the clan doing? what level are we and how many members? Seems like this forum is pretty active, thats good news... well its 4:11 am here and im on nightshift tonight so I gotta go back to work. :cry:

I'd say about 10 members? Level 10 at this point, and we had this plan to play a boat load of games last weekend to get to at least a 12, but that fell through.. Oh well.

yeah... i've been in a huge slump lately im not sure why i just cant win right now my team slayer is back down to 15 from 17 need to get back to my good form lol

Smith here. Level 17, eh? I think mine is at 13 now, I had a huge losing streak before I left... We have internet here, they are trying to make it like a post in Iraq, except it's -10 degrees instead of 110. Ya, DeLong is whining and all he does is retrans, I'm on the line and go out on missions every day. He won't have any cool pictures, but I don't have a camera... so oh well. Actually, we'll have to wait and see on those pictures, maybe he'll have some good ones after all.

Today I got up at 5 am and I'm still up at 2 am the next day, I won't get but 3 hours of sleep tonight, and then hope to sleep some in the back of a Bradley. Hopefully my internet won't be cut off when I get back(lousy Germans), and I'll be able to hop right back into the game. I got my gear setup now(laser training gear) and I have some ammunition(blanks) so maybe I'll be able to participate in the firefight tomorrow. :)

dam that sounds sweet. maybe your combat training will aid you in your halo reflexes lol.

I've noticed from personal experience that practicing Halo 2 makes me better at Halo 1 and practicing Halo 1 makes me better at Halo 2. Don't ask me why, it just does.

I prefer Halo 1 now to Halo 2, just because I don't suck at it anymore.

halo 1 was absurdly easy haha i was unbelievable at it... the human pistol killed anyone in 3 shots it was terrific but really the only similarity that carries over from halo 1 to halo 2 is the sniper rifle since it is the same basically... also knowing beaver creek and coagulation help slightly a little bit too... i prefer halo 2 tho because no 1 gun completely dominates as the pistol did in the original

Right, and it was 2X and 10X in Halo 1, I think. I really like that update.

Oh, and I haven't played in a few days, and will only be playing minimally this week, but this weekend should be a good extravaganza. Can't wait until Smith and DeLong get back so we can get dual Minor Clan matches going. :)

very true i forgot about that... i miss the old 2x zoom 5x is too much if someone is coming at you most of the time and no zoom is kinda hard to hit without practice... i've been working on it tho

Honestly I think 2x 5x and 10x would be best, but hey, what do I know?
