DVD Maker?

I have a bunch of anime I want to burn to DVD, but I don't know what program to use. Nero 6 just crashes all the time, and Roxio 7 doesn't fucking do anything. Note that I want to burn these so that they're viewable on a standard DVD player, with just a mildly simple menu and selectable nonsense. What program would you recommend?

Intervideo Windvd Suite, got that with my mobo and it's pretty nice.

Cucosoft MPEG/AVI to DVD SVCD VCD MPEG converter, allows you to do what the title says so you will be able to play them on almost all DVD players.
