How was your year?
 

I am just curious how everyone else would rate their year. I'd say mine was about an 8 out of 10. I got a house. I got engaged. I made about 12 g's more this year then I have before. I am set for a big promotion at work. Things seem to be going well.

Beginning of the year had started off as 10 out of 10, but eh :D

School sucked... My lung collapsed 3 times, had to get surgery twice. I missed out on some things.

Although, I did have some good times.

I'm assuming ones lung does not mysteriously collapse. Perhaps you could elaborate?

My year was alright. 7/10 I guess. Not very much excitement and a few unlucky things happened.

Spontaneous Pneumothorax. A tiny hole bursts in the lung and it collapses a certain amount. There is no medical 'cause'.

My year was honestly pretty good. It started out crappy, but as it progressed it got better and better. 8.5/10

5/10, and thats being generous.

All the way up to October was great. Summer was one of the best I had ever had. Then, the real shit came. My friend died in a car accident, my dog I have for 12 years was put down, and my mom got breast cancer.

This was the worst year of my life. I lost one of my best friends.

Sorry to hear about your guy's misfortunes, especially losing somebody close to you. My friend overdosed in early February which is one of the most horrible feelings I have ever experienced. Oh well, life goes on.

I'd say 8/10. I quit my job, I lost my long-time girlfriend, I got drug tested at school and failed, and my parents caught me with some schwag. Other than that, this year kicked ass.

You stupid motherfucker, how about you not open your mouth when you have no idea what the fuck you're talking about. You are really starting to get on my last nerve, queer. Seriously, take that dick out of your ass and realize that you are not the coolest thing to hit Earth since snow.

That was kinda inappropriate, in my opinion. There are a lot more factors behind ODing on drugs. You can't just have a few drugs and think you can quit at any time. I've lost one cousin to drugs and I have another cousin in rehab. It's not just something you can pick up and drop at any time.

This has been the most sporradic year of my entire life. I don't know whether to call it shitty, or to call it good. I have had the best time with friends and stuff... But my dad got remarried... my step mom had a miscarriage last night (still really fucking sad), my grandma died, my cousin died in a wreck, my friend died from OD'ing, her boyfriend cmomitted suicide... the list fucking goes on. Jesus fucking christ. However, there have been many good things happening this year that I am thankful for. I refuse to rate this year.
